Can I order multiple sizes to check fit and return the one I don't want to keep?

Yes, of course. However, if you do have fit and sizing questions, we’d be happy to work with you to try to help you find your perfect fit on the first try. Check out our sizing guides and feel free to email us with any questions at mykilometresports@gmail.com.

I forgot to add an item to my order (or I made a mistake on my order) can you fix it please?

The deadline to change orders is 9AM eastern US time weekdays for the previous day's orders. 

I've noticed that the price has dropped on an item that I recently purchased. Can you offer a price adjustment?

We can credit any price adjustment within 14 days of your order. Please email us 


Where does my order ship from and how long should it take to arrive?

US SITE Orders placed on our US site ship from California, USA. 

We have two shipping method options in the US:

- USPS Priority (Free on orders over $100): Delivery time to the east coast is generally 1-2 days using this method.  Delivery to the west coast is generally 2-4 days.

- USPS Express: Orders will arrive within 1-2 days nationwide.

In Canada & Mexico we offer USPS Express:

Normal transit times are 3-5 days depending on territory and customs clearance.

For orders shipping to the rest of the world, we offer FedEx International Priority: Normal transit times are 3-5 days depending on territory and customs clearance.

AU, EU, INTL SITES Orders placed on our AU, EU or INTL sites will ship via DHL from our Waterford, Ireland location: Australia & Rest of world: 3-5 days transit time Europe: 2-3 days.

Can you use FedEx or UPS, since USPS doesn't ship to my house?

If you have a specific carrier request, please email us at mykilometresports@gmail.com before placing your order and we can try to accomodate.

Do you include a return label with the shipment?

We do not include return labels in our packages. However, you can process returns easily through our Return Center using the email address provided at checkout and your order number. The Return Center will walk you through the return process and issue a return label for you. To start a return, please visit: www.mykilometresports.com  If you checked out as a guest you will still be able to make returns via the site using the email you used during checkout.

I received notification that my package arrived but it is not here, can you help?

We have found that USPS delivery notifications often appear prematurely. Please allow 24 hours and if your package hasn’t arrived yet, please email us at mykilometresports@gmail.com. and we will help you track it down.
